I know there are some for download at the Acknex Unlimited website, I'm sure they'll be others out there on the web you can search out too.

Hi,
visit "www.licos.de" -> klick on "Suche & Katalog" -> klick "erweiterte Suche" Change the Dropdown Menu on left side to Bilder and type in the Textfield "Trees". This search find many tree pictures. You can save it to your Harddisk and edit it with "windows paint". I mean it is so posible.
