weird shadow error happening

i get the strangest things happening with my shadows. the shadows of objects can be seen through other objects... heres a picture.

I had this once. Are you using shadow_stencil right? If I remember well, if you use Z-fail as shadow_stencial, it happens this. Also if you are using shadow_threshold it happenned to me to...

Just check this values, if this is not the problem, then I dont know...
