Scaling Problem with Windows 7 / 64 Bit - 12/15/09 13:19

I dont know if this is really a bug but it only happens on Windows 7.
You can see it on the screens . 3 Screens on my old Pc with no Problems and the other 3 Pics with my new Pc with Problems.

Tested with puplished and unpuplished version of the Game.
I also tested some other games with Gamestudio and they seems to be ok with no problems.
Of course i tryed some graphic cards drivers , new and older ones.

Maybe a newer Version of A7 would solve my Problem so if its Possibly i would like to be one of the guys who gets Beta Versions of A7 before they are puplic.

Its scaled correctly here.

And now the same shots with my new PC with Windows 7 / 64 bit

your win7 pc is widescreen right?

use video_set instead of video_mode, video_mode automatically choses a widescreen res when you are on a wide screen pc.

Thanks Quadraxas , you´r right i use a widescreen , but its the same Monitor i used on my old PC.

The Panels scales correctly now (menue , score , level ,life and stuff), but the 3D Part looks still like the Camera X,Y,Z Positions are changed. The Spaceship is still too high and the Camera are closer to the Invaders as it should be.

Any idea ?

Tesekkür ederim Quadraxas , Video_aspect did it laugh

But why do i need it now and never before , this is strange . If i didnt had that Problem and would made my game on my Old PC (like i did my other games) all Windows 7 user would have problems on displaying the game correctly and i never knew that frown.
