sorting problems and flickering with alpha-textures!!

we have big problem in our project with textures with alphamaps or transparent models. if we put lights in level, they are often flickering and also sorting problems with sorting layers! and if i use overlay, both problems solves, but then we have bad seams on textures and no more transparence!

please help :-)
