Physics with bones - 08/07/05 22:08

Hi everyone,
I am totaly new to physics engine world .. so please try to be patient to my stupid questions
I want to know if its possible to apply physics to bones (character bones) ..
so when the bone face walls or other obstacles when its moving toward it it will bend over it .. like real bone of dead body when pull the body and its face walls

just this question .. I need to know the basics of how to implement this (if its possible of course)

thanks in advanced
and sorry for the bad english

I suppose that mean you cant do it with the 3DGS it self (if i ignore the regular bone movement instructions ent_bonerotate and ent_bonemove .. and extrnal plugins .. of course)
and I'll read about ragdoll in Newton Manual
but do you mean that it deal with th model bones or with special bones you create for newton engin to deal with (which is what i dont want)
anyway .. thanks Matan_Golan1 .. I'll go check it now
thanks again

Hi again,
I read about it .. and I checked the example for the bear .. and its not using MED bones but thats okay only if I can change a model when it die to radoll model
I know how to make it with WED (with groups) but I cannot do it in run time when the entity die .. I need some help in this please

thanks

EDIT: I know i am asking newton question without puting [newton] .. but it started with 3DGS
