Simple answer: he doesn't have to answer to you.

Long answer: your questions don't need Marco.

What your questions need is more study from your end in the area of physics, game physics, the game engine, and game development in general.

(PS: the ODE staff won't be any help with the 3DGS physics engine.)

Yes, and the type and method of support are covered here: http://www.conitec.net/beta/afaq.htm

Please read the entire FAQ.

Yes, I know.

But i did not ask questions about how to do programming. I asked about some configs and also some bugs /i think/. I have a business, i am not just enjoying with a6.

Q. Who is entitled to ask the support for help?
A. Commercial edition users are given 3 months of free support, Professional edition users get 12 months. Normally questions are answered within one business day. Checking and verifying complex bug reports however can take several weeks.

These 12 month of support are only valid for e-mail support, not forum,
and then also not for scripting something for you.
But try it, maybe they have a good day.

Please read the entire FAQ.

The forum is the right place to ask questions about programming, email support is a good place to ask about bugs.

To add:
This post has nothing to do with physics so why post it here?
