Installation order ?

I have bought a new computer and want to install my Game Studio. But it said something like "file count not equal". After i install all my install and updates order by versions, it is working. But it is too difficult to install all updates, patches because there are many.

Please tell me about installation order if i install it again ?

first you download the trial version then you use your key then you download the latest update and install it.

I have too many installs (original cd, updates, patches, betas) and i dont want to install all of them.

choose which version that is sufficient and stable for your work,you can install gamestudio on multiple folder.

ylou don't have to instal all of the updates, just the one you want to use.

I have installed 6.11 first, after i installed my key.exe. And i installed update6504.exe and it gives error "NewFilesCount not equal to files replaced!".

Make sure your GameStudio folder and none of the files inside of it is "write" protected before updating.

I have downloaded new 6.4 trial version from download section and installed my key. After i tried to install update6504.exe and it is OK. Thanks all for replied to this thread.
