It would be so much more simple if your people could find it in there hearts to make ordering easier. I was gonna purchase a pro version of A7 but after three tries they never would accept my credit card.

Also, it is not conitec that manages digital river(the company that manages purchases), so it's not up to them...

When a credit card payment of yours failed once, your credit card easily gets on a black list and then internet stores wont accept it anymore. A friend of mine had the same problem.

Although I'm ready to help users in any regard, helping with credit card problems is beyond my developer's abilities I'm afraid.

If your credit card is not accepted in online stores, the usual reason is your credit history. But it can also be something simple, such as a wrong address on the credit card. If you can't imagine any reason, contact the store, and also contact your credit card company - maybe they know something that you didn't know.

If your credit card is rejected, Paypal is likely not accepted either, but you can also pay with different methods, such as cheque. If the store permanently refuses your payment, but you need the software urgently, contact Support - they'll find a solution.

I wouldn't say urgent, I just wanted to play around with it a bit woithout the 30 day stuff. I have over 5 engines that I play with. No biggie, I'll just keep playing with Torque, it's what we're using anyway.
