attempt to make a simple fps with the template shooter_project, one bedroom and model of player, when I run the game, I was the black screen, I hear the footsteps and walk to load the HUD, which is the problem

Do you have lighting set up? If you set up your own lighting check to make sure the lights are actually part of the geometry of your level and not outside of it. Also check your range settings. Click on light bottom left look at range. Other then that, if you set up no lighting the engine will light itself. Im not sure what issue could be.

the default seems to be shaded in blocks change it to flat I had the same problem and this fixed it
