can someone give me or teach me how am i going to make a glass that i will put on window wherein i can see the view inside the room? i need it in my laboratory room thank you

The image should be a little transparent, the best image extension that's good with it is *.png as far as I know, but I'm not 100% sure since I'm new to this stuff...

Simple glass can be achieved by setting the 'alpha' value of the glass entity to a low value eg, 10-15.
For a much more realistic, yet complex, approach then you'll want to look into a glass shader. There is probably one floating around on the wiki, or even in the lite-c shader library.
