Winter tree model

Hi all, long time no seen.
Can someone help me with a small request (at least I think its small :)) )
I need a fir winter tree model for one of my projects and i can't find any decent on turbosquid or any other site of this kind for free...so i thought that maybe one of you has one or can make a little time to make one.
I hope I'm not asking for too much.

you can try looking for the RUDI demo project, should be able to find it in the resources section, not if you can use the model commercially though and cant you try editing the texture of a regular tree with photoshop?
