Free year of Game Developer Magazine

Sup everyone , I just started getting my free subscription , and though I should share with everyone else. It's a free one year subscription of Game Developer Magazine , It's pretty koo , it has 3d Programs product reviews and neat articles about game dev and the like.

I was going to subscribe a while back but didn't have the time to go through that page and check everything. I just now subscribed though and looking forward to the issues that come with the subscription

I’ve been reading this magazine for several years now (first copy back in 2002) and I live and die by it. It really is worth reading even if it’s not free… meaning once your subscription is up you’ll be craving more. I’ve learned a lot from these hallowed pages.

I also read it. It is mostly useful for a high level look at the industry, and some good information on project management, lessons learned and the like. It does not have a lot of information that directly translates into writing code for 3dgs. But the general information is useful.
The cost of mailing hard copy overseas probably accounts for the lack of free issues to Europe. Hey, we love you guys!! We'd come for a visit if the dollar wasn't so cheap!!

I hear they are making an 'online' version. You can also get most of the articles on Gamasutra.com.
