I am after approx 60 models altogether though only 15 presently.

1st of all, if you were to start with a goblin they'll need unique attack animations for the weapon they'll be wielding but just one attack animation will do for now with just a spear.

here are a few examples

If you could let me know a time and price for this goblin it would be appreciated.

Many thanks

Dear James,

This sounds interesting! We can do the model for you for 90USD only (basic animations: stand, idle, walk, run, attack1, attack2, hit, death), (non-exclusive, we'll sell the model on our site as well after it's done). The model will be finished from 6 to 9 days. If you're ok with it, you may send 45USD to our paypal account (************) as a deposit and we'll start making goblins right away.

^^

What exactly have a purchased?

sounds to me like he is just saying do that if you want it, that is what they'd charge for more goblins of similar quality...

Sounds to me like their asking for a deposit to get started with the work, which from a design perspective thats normal.

The final payment they have asked for is for the completed work they have done for you.

They are posting it on their website so they can make more money from their creations...

I guess if you want full royalties your going to have to pay them a little more.

Yeah, that's the bit I missed with other complications too, though this was one that I can't afford to solve. B*ll*x!

One question: When that model (models) will be finished and uploaded to their website, will their customers have to purchase it (them) the same way with deposit as they ask you to do?!

no, just one off charge.

I have to pay the deposit to commission the work and get it looking the way I wanted
