Is it possible to use a lip sync program in 3DGS?

which one, and probably not but... you could probably easily write your own.

The program is Voice-O-Matic. If that one can't be used, can you give me a list a programs that can be used with 3dgs. Can I use Facial Studio to do Face Expressions with my characters? Is all of this possible with 3DGS?????
