Music software?

Do any of you know what kind of software I should save music files on, in order to add background music to any Gamestudio A7 game I create?

Can I use Garage Band in making music for Gamestudio A7 games?

Save it as wav file, than yes

or you can use audacity to edit it.

try reaper. You can evaluate the full program as long as you want without any license! It's professional and you can buy a very cheap license (60$). There are many tutorials on youtube, so it's easy to learn.
On the other hand you can stick to Garage Band.
Go with '.wav' or (if you want) '.ogg'.
