Binding files out of resource

I'm compiling all of my files to a resource folder for showing a demo. But, I'm using Newton physics, and the class files need to be in the same folder as the newton.dll (main dir, out of the resource folder)...

Is there any way to include these, without compiling them into the resource? (Other than manually copying the files)...
