Lite-C Variable Arguments

As you can see in this thread, VA doesn't seem to work.

Lite-C supports variable arguments for external functions only. You can not define variable argument functions.

I intend to implement variable arguments in a future version, but the stack handling of the compiler must be changed for this, so it can take a while.
