Look into MED if you have the correct name for the animation and/or if you increment the animation frame well.

@Malice you don't need to see the code. It's a simple ent_animate in a while loop. The model doesn't animate in MED engine preview ,so I don't think the code is the problem

Be aware and dont download model.mdl.exe ! Seems like adware to me.

@rayp just uncheck the checkbox ;P

So i did...strange. I wasnt able to get the file only that adware thing ^^

Ok I don't need to see your code. Sorry.
When I clicked download my security blocked it as a malicious site and dangerous site . And this is why I hate these non code question.

Delete the bones or redo the animation with bones, you cannot mix vertex and bone animations.
