center_x and position

center_x and position - 11/24/09 17:03

hello conitec,

I played around with the rotation of the panels and I think it would be better, if center_x/y are not only the rotation pin, but would become the working point for the positioning, too - instead of the top left corner; This would make things easier and more intuitive, because in most of the time you know the exact rotation point and nothing else, so it would redundantize some lines of code.

Thnak you!
Scorpion

PS: I am not sure about this, but I think they are getting clipped away, if the unrotated panel would be out of frame

We can add new functions, but can't change the behavior of existing functions. Aside from that I don't think that it's a good idea to have different panel offsets when using rotation.
