Panel Buttons 1) Right Click 2) Rotate

Hi,

Would it be possible to add a feature/function to allow right_click for activating a button (enable_mouse = 3, or 4 for bitwise perhaps?)

Also have buttons hit zone rotate with panel.angle

We don't want to make panel buttons too complicated, but we'll implement a way to check rotated hit zones by script.
