audio loop creation freeware? - 04/16/09 22:17
hey there, i am currently loocking for a freeware to create audio loops. i have reason for doing my tracks, but exporting a loop often produces gaps since sunstaning of sounds is nor included at the loops start position. so i am looking for a programm that plays the selected section endlessly while one can adjust start and end point of a wav-file, so one can hear if it fits or not..
maybe someone knows such a freeware or maybe there is a plugin for audacity?
thanks and cheers,
ello

You can do that in audacity by default.
Select some area of the track, then go to Edit->Play Region->Lock
you can then adjust the red arrows.
To hear in loop, just Shift+Click the Play Button.

You could take a look at "Reaper" - itīs shareware, though.
About 50,- dollars, but this is nearly a steal.
