texture toolbar

has anyone alredy looked at the toolbar?
I miss the texture toolbar in the wed of 6.5
I didn't see anything about it in the manual

maybe it's my fault, and did I had to search better...

it now placed in the scene management at the top left. next to the "level","presets".. (where all entities and level objects are listed)
