need help with lifts

hi i need help with lifts.
ive just built me a small test levle. and added the lift prefab.
i changed the lifts, fass1_mdl_000 propties. to the elevator option.
and checked the box.

but after i build and run the levle.
i get a error message saying pass1.mdl cant open file.

can you please help me with this.

and one more thing can you change the lift modle to another model?

I think you should check out the tutorial section. You will learn a great deal from working through a few tutorials.

thats what ive been doing. following the tutorials.
but there is no refrence to elevators in the tutorials ive got and been following.

is the model actually in the folder your working in?

no the model is not in my folder.
of my project. i just loaded up the prefab lift into my scene.
and change the properties of the lift.
i change the behaviour to the elevator script option.
but all i get is a error when i run my project.

could you post the error messages?
