No, that's not ok. If you can't afford extra, commercial or pro you can still use the free version. So there is no excuse for using warez.

Why do you want to publish game? Make money, right? You can not use a warez version to make money, because there must be a way to find you if you publish sth.

There are no to much difference betwen them belive me And second is not a problem, you can compile (only lite-c), but you just can't hide your resources.
