Motion Blur help?

I need motion blur for my racing game. The motion blur has to turn on when key_cuu is pressed and then blur more as the speed increases. Thanks guys, I use Lite-C!

I think you asking for "Radial Blur". I believe you can find an example in the Wiki.

There is a Radial Blur and a Motion Blur Shaders in the collection Shaders! V2 by slindev, you can fidn it in his website.

Any examples because I can never get the stuff from the wiki going...
