Trail mode despite I have a valid key8c.dta file

Hi,

I have installed the latest gamestudio version. I have a licence for the commercial version. I have put the file key8c.dta into the engine's root folder. Still, it seems it does not accept the key as valid and I can only run trial mode. What can I do?

You have to put your key data in this direction:

C:\Programs\gstudio8

Or do you mean with "root folder" this path?

It is in this folder already.

run engine as administrator, or disable UAC

that does not work either. I am on Win7 Ultimate 64bit.

I am guessing you have to contact support then..

Wait, go to propertys, and set all authorizations for Users, and the system.
(for the SED, and the acknex.dll in your root folder.)


Should work fine.

This does not work either. What is the email to contact support? This is all quite annoying...
