"vertical" PANEL prblem

Hey Guys,
Anyone knows how to play a horizontal movie(BMAP) on PANEL in a vertical way?
It's something like "bmap_rotate", "pan_rotate" function.
In 3D, there is a property named "pan,roll,tilt", but what if in 2D world?

and use the flag FILTER for the panel to reduce aliasing when rotating it.
