Hey again, guys.

I've got yet another problem, along with a new computer!
I tried running my published level on the new computer,
but it wouldn't load up properly.

The program works fine, because when I fired it up, the
splash screen showed no problem. But when the splash
screen disappeared in preparation to show the level, the
program just crashed back to the desktop without any
error message whatsoever.

What's going on!? Could it be the video card? The monitor
settings? CPU?... Please help!

Here's some helpful info: (New Computer Specs)

AMD Athlon 64 3200+ (2.01GHz Truespeed)
1.00 GB of DDR2 Ram
ASUS 256MB Video Card
19" LCD widescreen monitor.

What model of video card is it (e.g. Radeon X1600, Geforce 7900 XTX)? The setup is decent, and I doubt the monitor is to blame. If otherwise, run your level again with the "-diag" command line (without the quotes) and post the log.

And make sure that you run Windows Update once
( http://update.microsoft.com/microsoftupdate )
to install all Windows and DirectX patches and updates.

Sorry I didn't post for a week or so...

The problem, as you guys said, wasn't the
monitor, let alone the computer. It was the
faulty CD the program was burnt to.
