Okay I will keep this short and simple I have been sending the same email to Conitec asking about the resending of my key the following is what happened I in no way wish to lie despite knowing a lot of 'cracks' exist I just want my legal version back.

I had everything on my pc key file and all BUT the account name for the email address [ I forget which now it has been THAT long in getting a reply ] was denied access to once I switched ISP (which you will find out soon) so with no way to get back to that email address I thought I would send my card details I used at the time (I mean come on that should prove it right that I had paid the cost) but I heard nothing, so I read http://www.coniserver.net/ubbthreads/showflat.php/Cat/0/Number/334494/an/0/page/0#Post334494
Dougs post and thought Id send it a few more times STILL no response so I am in a dilema, slightly annoyed and just in principal don't want to be forking out cash again as it was a big enough amount as it was (pro version =-=).
Just why won't they respond, my first thought is that they might think I am trying to 'scam' them, but, my response to that is - why would I trust them enough to send my card details to them again if that was the case ahh I don't know.
::Ok what happened in relation to above was I was modding my Pc one day and the power in our house short circuted electricity jumped from a broken plug socket (which I did not know was faulty) and sent me into a state of severe shock and landed me in hospital for a good long period, pc screwed over along with me.

Well as mentioned how can I just get my key resent out to me the only details I could remember 100% certain was the card/bank account details I used to buy pro, the address it would of been registered at, the name it was under, and MAYBE the email address I used thats about it though please tell me there is a way as contacting conitec they have never replied back to me on this issue. In the end I will regrettebely just TRY and save up for pro again but being in Uni as I am sure your aware these days, money is tighter than tight...

Thanks in advance, my apologies for a long and boring post.

If you have all of the details and/or an invoice number, they should have no problems in getting your key to you.

SilentSiren, you must be expecting "customer service", the part of doing business that pushes mediocre companies to excellence. I do hope you get some.

My guess is we are not getting these emails.
Even if we think you're trying to scam us, you'll get an answer.

Send the email to "contact" at conitec(dot)net.
If you don't get an answer in 2 days, check your email settings (your answer may have gone into your spam filter). If you can't find the issue, call us using the phone number on the webpage.
