well... seeing as you gave us very little to no information about your problem, I cant really help you. The first thing to check is, how many verticies is chairandTableSET.MDL? The error suggests, in plane english, that said model is over the 32000 verticie/triangle limit. That would be the obvious thing to check first...

Yes. Try dividing your model into smaller ones; each chair can be one model, the table can be another, etc. That way, no single model breaks the limit.

Just a side note, fascinating to see the error say 32,000 vertice limit, I made a mdl and it came back with an air saying I went over the 64,000 limit.
any Ideas why mine would allow double the limit anyone?
Just curious.
