The tallest building on earth right now is six hundred and twenty nine metres high (two thousand and sixty three feet). It is a television transmitting tower in North Dakota:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/KVLY-TV_mastStill, it looks boring. If it werent for TV, nobody would want this structure. Lets be honest here,
anyone can do better than that.
In this game, your task is to create a tower. A nice one. A great one. A tower that easily withstands the test of time. Make it tall, make it great, make it
enourmous.
But how do you build such a great tower? Well, people told me there it something like "gravity", but we'll come to that later. For now, just stack the parts falling from the stratosphere together and reach a certain height.

You have played Tetris? Well, then you know everything you need to create towers! Parts will slowly float down. You can move them using the mouse, tilt them by hitting the control key or shift and rotate them (and the camera!) by hitting A and D. Rotate and move the camera by hitting the right mouse button and moving the mouse, tilt it by using the mousewheel - Easy enough. Don't take too long, will ya? We don't want to wait years for you to finish. After you've stacked enough of these parts and reached the desired height, you've almost completed that round.

Almost.
This is where "gravity" and "static" become important: When you've reached the desired height, we will activate the physics engine (powered by Newton Game Dynamics). Did you construct it well? Did you manage to stack the parts together so the whole thing won't fall?

Also, will it survive the earthquake that will follow shortly after? The longer you took for building your tower, the longer the earthquake will be, so better hurry!

As soon as the earthquake is finished - and your tower didn't took too much damage (like, being completely destroyed), your dreams will come true: we deactivate physics. You can now continue building - on whatever is left. Or frozen in midair (until the next time we activate physics, that is)! That is the circle of Tower Trouble: Building - earthquake - building - earth quake. Quite simple, really.

As soon as more than 8 metres or 26 feet of your tower fell, it's Game over! Good luck!
Will you manage to surpass the height of the biggest human pyramid ever done (about eighteen metres)? The height of the biggest Ferris wheel (that would be one hundred sixty metres) or the tallest church (one hundred and sixty one metres)? How about the Eiffel Tower (three hundred and twenty five metres) or the Tokyo Tower (three hundred and thirty three metres)? The Empire State Building (three hundred eighty one metres, or four hundred and fourty nine including the antenna)?
Download now and find out! Maybe you'll manage to surpass our friend, the television transmitting tower in North Dakota! Don't worry, the game tells you if you manage to surpass such a milestone!

The game supports both, height in metres or in feet, so you can enjoy it the way you want it.

It does also track the height of all your towers. As soon as the sum of the heights reach a cerain value, a
milestone is passed: For example, your towers may be higher than the Eiffel Tower.
You can learn more about the milestones you passed and how long till you pass the next one by choosing the "MILESTONE"-section in the Main Menu.
The game does also feature a highscore list, so you can compete with your friends and family!
DISCLAIMER: If it blows up your machine, it's your fault.

Thanks to the following people:
Newton Game Dynamics team - for the great physics engine

Spike - He`s hosting that game this time! Horray!
Kihaku - although he doesn't host this time, I'm sure he would have done it, so here he is

Turrican - for the cool arcade-font
And various other people I unfortunately forgot

Again, it's not about the graphics. Its just about the gameplay. Is it fun? Do you like it? What could be improved? Give honest and if you have to cruel feedback - thats more helpful than the nicest, but not honest reply!

Now play that game!
