This used to be at the end of the Fog Problem thread. It seems no one saw it or no one knows the answer.
Can anyone tell me why this is happening:
I have a few large blocks that I use for water, and then I have distance fog to make hills look further away and fade away. Now the block for my water should also be foggy further away, which it is, but only when there is a visible block that is intersecting the visible polygon at the top of the water block. The thing is, my map consists mainly of terrain and I don't even need any blocks in it except for map entities and my water. Whenever I remove this intersecting block the water is completely fogged! Why?
