How about making the mouth a slight bit bigger?
I mean longer to the front.

Heres the mesh after a bit of Tweaking. I redid the teeth slightly and tried to clean up some crazy looking faces I had. A bit more tweaking and I will start to create the skin. GS out.

Hi,

I suggest you use your faces better. Right now you have alot of faces that do not add anything to the model. It is just a waste. Try removing those and make a clean mesh, this also makes it alot easy to work with.

You have a couple places where polys are realy messed up, try to recreate those.

The shoulders look like they will deform real nasty,

And try to move the face up a bit,
