I am following an old tutorial about skinning. I have this problem:
According to the tutorial, I shall make a MD2 map, Front. Put it at one corner. Then create a Top mapping, and it shall appear in the same skin, at the top, WIHTOUT ERASING the other mapping. Well, now MDL and MD2 mapping seem to have been replaced by 2sided maping and 6 sided maping. However, when I make a cube, I try that... First I do top, go to the skin editor, scale it, and pull it down. Then close it, 6sided mapping, top... Now it makes a biiig square with a small line on the bottom left corner! The MED in the the tutorial seems prior to 3DGS 6.20.
Using MED 6.814, according to the About box. Any tutorial for THIS version? Wally the Robot I believe
