I came across this website today, and I don't recall seeing it posted here, so I'm going to make a post here.

It has a lot of links to free model and texute resources. It also has a searchable databse that actually works well. Verrrry cooool. You'll have to check out individual sites for license info.

A lot of the models look very nice. Most aren't textured though.

im having a trouble with 3ds, when i import the models it have no textures.

yes i had the same trouble but havent figured a way out yet nothing did work that i tried. Well maybe someone knows how to solve this.

Some 3ds models do not have textures are you sure you've downloaded one with textures? If so, try importing it into Wings3D first and re-save it, that is, íf the textures get imported into Wings3D.

My guess, if the models do have textures, is that they are external ones perhaps?
