He doesn´t look like an evil wizard. For an manga styled game he is perfect.

That is the reason why I don´t like manga. The stuff there looks too boring and equal.

He is totally ok for a good game. I just mean the next time I would make him much more individual.
Not that cheap animal (cat) human design (I absolutely dont like that). His complete body could have a much more interesting shape. He could have/be: Fat or have giant shoulders, or giant knees, a armor, a hunch back(?), a long hawk like nose, a long and bony chin, many folds, or no hair in the face (no eyebrows), he could have a giant belt around his neck and bells over all his body on his suit, he could have beard on his cheeks under his eyes, or instead of eye lashes teeth around his eyes.

Anyway, for a leader or something he looks not impressing enough for my taste. Not bad and for a common or good game he is totally ok.

It looks like one of the evil elementals of The Invincible Ironman, pretty sweet style.

Cheers

The model it self is nice but with the last render images you posted, you make him look like a "Evil" pirate
But the concept you've drawn is amazing, really you're very skilled in it

Cheers

I like the last one better. Even if it looks funny because he is smiling, it has much more uniqueness. I don´t know if it is a problem if he looks funny. He could be crazy funny. He is crazy and smiles always, even if he is pissed of or feels big pain.
