I made a house on WED, and compiled like map entity. When I place the house on my map and compile it with build level everything is fine, but when I run the level I got the message "Can´t create d3d texture ...". Why this happens? I compiled the house like said on manual, the wads are the same...
- read the page about textures and file formats in the manual - check out which textures makes that mess - check out the file: which extension has it? color depth? texture size? - try to replace the texture with another texture, does it work? - re-save the texture and test it - does it still produce an error? - make a small demo with a hollow cube with the default texture and the corrupted texture (which seems to be OK) applied on a block - does it work? If yes you might be in trouble with other things - if it doesnt, publish it and upload it, post a link in the bughunt forum so that JCL or wlad can analyse it
