i thought there was a way to make the screen as example 2048x768 width...and then the view is at one half on the other screen...if u use 2 views it should work that u can use 2 cams with 2 screens
if u hold control while clicking the close button (X) it remembers the windows location and uses it the next time the window opens. not sure if it works with applications though, i know it works with folders
