Supposing I define an entitie's model using
my.weapon=handle(you);
where you is the weapon, can I use this skill as a pointer?

Well, my.weapon then contains the handle. If you want to retrieve a pointer to the you entity you have to use "ptr_for_handle(my.weapon)".
