These are all answered in the forums and tutorial.
1. you have 2 options. one) slow down your enemy attack animation in the project manager or two) look at walk or run in med, change the position of the hand/arm with the weapon, so it looks like the weapon is aiming and then rename the animation frames, attack. be sure to check in MED for the right vertex number for the firing vertex number.
2.you can change that in the project manager, in the templates, player starts with weapon, select true.
3.weapon templates again. place the weapon in one of the profiles. add the weapon in your level ready for pickup, give the weapon pickup behavior. make sure you put ammo amount, etc in the behavior.
