Hi, first of all i must say that i have conscience that maybe i am asking too much, but if you dont ask you will never know..

I am developing a project for some time ago called NŽDROID SOCCER, a futuristic style soccer game played with droids / robots inspired in the story of greek mythology. If it sounds paradoxal to you, great! thats the idea, to be diferent.

The problem is: i am not a 2D or 3D artist, i make the programming task (hard enough for me), and because i need to focus exclusively in this last task i am asking here if someone wants to join this project.

The work is UNPAID because i dont have money to pay and because i even know if this project one day could be released as freeware or not.
BUT, what can i give you?

1) Credits for sure;

2) Pontual programming tasks as exchange for the work (depending on complexity and availability);

So, what needs to be done? If you want you may choose just one topic, who knows?

** 2D ART

1.1. - Interface system (main menu) futuristic style, i have already a menu flow done, but its not rigid and can be changed. Must fits / integrate the futuristic style of the game;

1.2. - HUD system (in-game) including:
1.2.1. - Simple inventory to collect the items

1.2.2. - Information Panel (teams, result / score, time, selected player, stamina / energy, injuries, etc.)

1.2.3. - Power and direction bars

1.3. - Sky system and atmospheric conditions / day-night

1.4. - Game Logo

1.5. - Textures / skins for the 3d items related to the story (greek Mythology)

1.6. - Sphere texture (metal style) maybe with the logo of the game on it

1.7. - A minimap system (maybe 2d based and not view based because of performance reasons)

** 3D ART / ANIMATION

2.1. - Soccer Goals (futuristic design, must be compatible with real-time mesh deforming for the nets)

2.2. - 3D elements / items (based on the history) to be used as sequence plays, like a trident, a spear, a power-ups, etc.)

2.3. - A big column (ionic or doric style) but with original futuristic style

2.4. - Big searchlight to be placed in the top of the columns, rotating and iluminating (maybe coloured lights)

2.5. - An ancient portal based

2.6. - Big ships floating where inside people sees the game (tier substitution)

2.7. - motion capture files related to soccer drills / movements (hehe, just a joke )

** FX

3.1. - SPARKLES (when the sphere collides with the players and goals iron parts)

3.2. - Smoke / fire coloured TRAIL for the sphere, specially when its speed its higher

3.3. - Coloured DUST on playerŽs feet when it moves

** OTHERS

All the ideas / imagination you may present that fits the game concept
