hi i am currently lookin to make a fps and i dont want to use the prefab models that come with the game. i use 3ds max and i want to make them and texture them there, examples would be tables,lamps,desk,light post..prefabs not entities. can someone plz help me out on how to do this as i have been stuck for months.
all the models in your level would be mdl, you place the models yourself in wed, then compile a wmb file, you don`t have to attach any functions or actions to static models, just tick them as polygon when you add them into your level
