i wanted to ask if it is legal if the cost of a 3dgs team version is divided, so that all members of the team pay their part.?
for ex. :
if a team of 4 peaple buy a "team 3dgs com" version an each person pays 50$.
is that ok? or not

It's certainly legal to collect money for ordering a team version. However, a team version has one license owner, that's the person who ordered it. The owner is responsible for anything that happens with the team version. So it's not a shared license, it's a single license that allows several people to use it.
