I'm looking for a scaling tool, but i cant find it, i cant find any tool in it!!



I need to decrease my map size to half. But i cant find an option to do that..

There's no good way do decrease an entire maps size. The best way to do it is manually... block by block

yes, the scale tool will work. But it provides crap results when you scale the entire level...

Entities won't be scaled correctly, you'll have major problems with vertex snapping, etc...

The entire editor is useful. If you want to avoid scaling headaches, pre-plan everything ahead of time and stick with a default scale from level to level to avoid any problems. I've never encountered any problems when scaling a whole level, so I don't know what that's all about.

@ExtraCortex: I've noticed you have a real hate-on for WED since you started posting. WED haters always like to point to other BSP editors and I've used them all and always come back to WED. It simply provides too many easy to use conveniences in the workflow that the others lack. It's a very good tool for what it's designed for. Read the manual and practice and everything will magically start to work. Lucky will jump off the Lucky Charms box and show ye his pot of gold....er...sorry....
