I found this very powerfull FX Composer in the developers section of NVidia:

Itīs for free!


I wanna get Gamestudio for Mac! I'd pay 200$ for the "Commercial" Edition! That's no alternative ---- His account is "frozen", that means that he is banned until he wants to be unbanned.

toll. leider kann man die shader nicht 1:1 übernehmen. und dieses tool geistert schon seit jahren hier rum.

ATI has RenderMonkey and I think that RM is better (I have GForce so it's not love to the company )
Problem is that you have to convert (change manulay) created .fx to be understanding by 3DGS
Conitec should do something to be more compatibility with such a powerfull apps

War auch nur so Entdeckung... ich kenn das Konvertierungsproblem nicht - ich habe noch nie irgendeinen Shader zum laufen gebracht.

I just discovered it... i donīt know the converting-problem - my Shaders did never work.

it's a great tool to try out snippets but often you have to transform coordinates differently or change the order of normal vector components. it could indeed be automated... that would be great. i's also annoying that in 3dgs stuff like : WorldViewProj is just called matWorldViewProj. hlsl supports many more matrices than the predefined 3dgs ones.
