Hi!

I want to use fx_uvspeed() for a conveyor.

code:
"
function mtl_uvspeed_render()
{
mtl.matrix31 = floatd(my.skill1,256);
mtl.matrix32 = floatd(my.skill2,256);
}
"

error:
"'matrix31' : is not a member of 'MATERIAL'"

Has anyone an idea?

Check "compat.h" in your include files. matrix31 should be defined there.

"#define skill1 skill[0]"

and "skill_a....d"

Then you got an old version. The end of the file must look like this:

#define matrix23 matrix[6]
#define matrix24 matrix[7]

#define matrix34 matrix[11]
#define matrix41 matrix[12]
#define matrix42 matrix[13]
#define matrix43 matrix[14]
#define matrix44 matrix[15]

You can copy and paste from this into compat.h, or better, check if your 7.03 update really updated all files. Maybe somthing went wrong during the update process.

Now there's an error - "floatd - undeclared identifier"

Where can I download a newer version?

make sure no 3dgs stuff is open when u update.

floatd is not needed in lite-C. Just use

mtl.matrix31 = my.skill1/256.0;
mtl.matrix32 = my.skill2/256.0;
