I want to use Newton by 3DGameStudio in High Language.
Example:
Delphi or C++??
Can i use it??

yes! you can download the newton sdk from www.newtondynamics.com. there you will also find delphi headers for newton.

Huh? Low level of what? Just make a plugin, I think LazyDog has provided a delphi plugin SDK. But as Vent said you can just use newton headers (with some modifications) in lite-C, and you won't have to wrap anything.

explain what you mean by having to do low level????

using my sdk and 6.50.6 or 6.60 you can write a full program in delphi using the engine as a dll or you can write a plug-in dll.
