hi i was just told how to inport pics into med an it models them.
i just tryed and inported a map i had into med.

and it looked rather bad it was more like a bed of razor sharp rocks that stuck out both sides.

i was using a map of the country side as to do river paths and feilds.

is there a certain type a map to be used and dose the size of it have to be a set size?

Try PnP TerrainCreator. You can also create your own heightmaps using free software like Gimp.
