It looks Asian to me, but the sideway view does indeed look slightly Alien. Not sure why. Perhaps the shape of eyes and their place? Apart from that it's looking good,

I think the eyes are a bit too close, mybe that's the alien-look.

The look and form is definitly going at a good direction, reworking some details like the nose bone should make it look even better
