i am new and would like to know how i can run my game in full screen instead of in a window..i am using a7 and using the template6...thanks

In the window compiler, delete -win to get full screen all the time or use alt + enter from the window mode.
Another way is to script it in, var video_screen = 1; I seem to recall.

Or, if you just want to test it in full screen (or switch during runtime), you can do: [TAB] + "video_switch(0,0,1);" + [ENTER]. That should switch it to fullscreen while your level is playing.


If I am posting, it probably means I am asking a question. Or faking my knowledge by agreeing with somebody else.

thank you very much the alt+enter worked...i appreciate your quick response..i am just starting out with 3dgs..i have been using darkbasic pro for about three years now but wanted to get more into c and c++ programming..i really like the way this engine is set up with lite c scripting...thanks again
